Pinewood Derbies are such a blast to attend. The boys are excited about the event and they bring such a disparity of looks in the cars. Here we have the "souped" up model versus the "pointedly black" streamlined version.
As I recall, this was a men's Pinewood Derby, not a Cub Scout one. The other guys were teasing the owner of the black one that it looked like a shiv. It was fast, though, coming in 2nd or 3rd.
